Medan - FKM USU: The undergraduate program in Public Health organized a graduation provision event at the Auditorium of Faculty of Public Health on Wednesday (15 November 2023). This event was attended by graduates of FKM USU who were conferred degrees during the Period I of the Academic Year 2023/2024. The guest speakers for this graduation briefing were FKM USU alumni, namely Rima Melinda Br. Sembiring, S.K.M., M.K.M. (Head of the Personnel and Human Resources Development Subdivision at Mitra Medika Premier Hospital) and Rukun Ramadani Br. Karo, S.K.M., M.K.M. (Head of the HRD Division at the Medan City Health Office). Dean of Faculty of Public Health Prof. Dr. Dra. Ida Yustina, M.Si. explained in her opening speech that the event was organized to motivate and provide insights to the graduates regarding the competencies needed in the professional world. She mentioned that the two speakers were well-suited to discuss the needs of the workforce, given their involvement in human resources management in their current workplaces. The event was attended by the Vice Dean III, Chairperson, and Secretary of the Undergraduate Program in Public Health at FKM USU.
