Medan-FKM USU: Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Sumatera Utara held a Tracer Study Development Socialization and Evaluation Audience on Wednesday, February 9, 2022. It was opened by The First Vice Dean of FKM USU, Dr. Umi Salmah SKM., M.Kes. There were also the Head of the Study Program and the Secretary of Undergraduate Study Program of FKM USU, expert staff, and education staff from the alumni section. The USU Chancellor's Expert Staff for Human Resources, Rahma Yurliani, S.Psi as a resource person, explained that students included in the target tracer were students who graduated in 2020, specifically FKM with a target number of 294 students. The tracer study target in 2021 for FKM is 281 students. The Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology has set a tracer study achievement target of 80%, while USU has set a target of 95%. There are two indicators of the Gold Standard tracer study, including the percentage of under graduates who managed to get a job for less than 6 months with a UMR salary >= 1.2 million and further studies were accepted at a university less than 12 months after graduation.
