Medan – FKM USU: FKM USU held an outbound activity at the Niagara Parapat Hotel on 2 - 3 July 2022, followed by FKM USU lecturers and education staff with "Medan Outbound" as a facilitator. This activity, which is routinely held once a year, as stated by the Dean of FKM USU Prof. Dr. Dra. Ida Yustina, M.Si is expected to have a positive impact on the performance of FKM USU by strengthening good communication and cooperation, as well as increasing the morale of the lecturers and education staff. For two days the outbound participants were given various stimuli by the facilitator using the group dynamics method. A gathering was also held in the evening, which was interspersed with door prizes.
