Dr. Drs. Zulfendri, M.Kes is a lecturer at the Faculty of Public Health in Universitas Sumatera Utara.  Research experience in public health, focusing on Health Policy Management, Health System, Mental Health, and Community Development. In 2021 he became the lead researcher in the Indonesian-National Adolescent Mental Health Survey (I-NAMHS) in the Sumatera Region. In 2018, research was conducted on “Faktor-Faktor yang Memengaruhi Kinerja Dokter Spesialis Dasar Era JKN di RSUD Kota Medan” (the Factors Influencing the Performance of Basic Specialist Doctors in The JKN Era at Medan City Hospital).
