Research Profile
Lecturer in Public Health Undergraduate Study Program, Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Sumatera Utara with the functional position of Expert Assistant. Graduated with Bachelor's Degree in Public Health at FKM USU in 2011 and completed a Master's Degree in Public Health from FKKMK UGM in 2015. The field of study is Biostatistics and Health Management Information Systems (HMIS). Research in the field of HMIS began by designing a prototype reminder system to improve medication adherence for diabetes mellitus patients. Furthermore, research interest is focused on Geographic Information Systems (GIS) in the field of public health and has previously been a member of research related to GIS by implementing Spatial Weighted Regression analysis to detect risk factors for malaria in Kulon Progo Regency. The results of this study have been published in international proceedings with the title "The Implementation of Spatial Weighted Regression on Detecting the Risk Factors of Malaria Incidences in Kulonprogo District". Currently, research on GIS is continued by analyzing spatially the determinants of stunting cases in the district of Medan City. This research was conducted as one of the strategies in preventing early stunting by utilizing GIS technology.
