Lecture at the Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Sumatera Utara with a functional role as Head Lecturer in the area of Occupational and Safety Health, in particular interested by Occupational and Safety Health policy and Occupational and Safety Health control systems. Research performed related to OSH has been published in various countrywide and international journals. one of the studies courses inside the Malaysian journal of Public health medicine entitled "The effect of working environment conditions on expert Physicians overall performance at Medan coaching health center". presently he is conducting studies on "identity of risks and evaluation of the level of risk of Muscle and Skeletal problems due to work (GOTRAK) in Nipah Leaf Craftsmen within the Waterfall Village of Medan city". He has written a book entitled "Rights and or duties of marketers/Managers and employees described in K3 legislations", editor of the e book "meeting of Occupational safety and fitness rules". Currently he is writing an ebook “Occupational safety and fitness”
