Lecturer at the Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Sumatera Utara, specializing in K3 (Occupational Safety and Health). The areas of research are related to K3 are the application of K3RS in the hospital environment and starting in 2014 to focus on pesticide poisoning. Research in this field has resulted in various publications in reputable international and national journals, and also won awards as the best article and best presenter when attending a conference in Australia. This research also produced a novelty in the form of a farmer empowerment strategy called GEMPAR (Gerakan Masyarakat Petani Atasi Racun) in 2020. Some of the products resulting from the study conducted in 2020-2022 include hand soap gel, antiaging cream, effervescent powder and hand sanitizer products and Keripik Jambu Madu (KeJaM).
